Podcast clips for Shorts, TikTok and Reels

An hour-long conversation holds several moments that deserve their own clip. ClipSprint is built for taking them out quickly: you pick the moment, frame whoever is speaking and download the clip, as many times as you need from the same episode.

How to do it

  1. Load the episode

Paste the YouTube URL of the episode, or upload the video file. Long videos are fine: up to 2 hours on Starter, 4 on Pro and 6 on Max.

  2. Find the moment

Jump around the episode and place the clip on the answer, story or joke you want.

  3. Frame the speaker

In 9:16, drag the frame over the person talking. On paid plans, move it when someone else speaks and the crop glides across.

  4. Export and repeat

Download the clip and move on to the next moment of the same episode.

Two people, one vertical frame

A wide shot with two hosts does not fit a phone screen. You can frame one of them, follow the conversation by moving the frame as the speaker changes, or keep both in view over a blurred background.

Long episodes, counted in clips

Plans are measured in the clips you export, not in the length of the episode. Taking five clips out of a three-hour recording uses five clips.

Sound that matches the feed

Each clip is exported with its loudness levelled, so a quiet recording does not sound faint next to the videos around it.

Questions

How long can the episode be?

Up to 10 minutes on the Free plan, 2 hours on Starter, 4 hours on Pro and 6 hours on Max.

Does it pick the best moments automatically?

On Pro and Max, AI listens to the whole episode and suggests the moments that work best as clips; you pick one and adjust it. On Free and Starter you choose them yourself, which takes about a minute per clip.

Can it add subtitles?

Yes. Open the clip in the Clip Editor and use the subtitles tool: it writes what is said, timed to each word, in the language it detects.
