Agreement

By creating an account or using ClipSprint you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

The service

ClipSprint lets you select part of a video and export it as a shorter clip. Features and limits depend on your plan and may change as the product evolves.

Some features use AI: the subtitles, and on the Pro and Max plans the suggested best moments of a video. What they produce is a suggestion that can be wrong; check it before you publish.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens in your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it.

Your content and your rights to it

You may only load videos that you own or that you have the right to reuse, and you confirm this each time you load one. You keep all rights to your content. You give ClipSprint permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms your videos come from and of those where you publish your clips.

Acceptable use

Do not use ClipSprint to infringe anyone's rights, to break the law, to distribute harmful or unlawful material, to interfere with the service or to get around its limits. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Plans and payment

Each plan sets the number of clips, the length of the videos and the export quality available to you, and on Pro and Max the hours of video a month whose best moments can be found. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page and may change; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

Paid plans are sold by Polar (polar.sh) as merchant of record: Polar takes the payment, charges any tax that applies and issues the invoices. A subscription renews automatically every month or every year, as you chose, until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from Plan & Billing in the app, where your payments and their receipts are listed too; you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again.

The monthly allowances of a paid plan, such as the number of clips and the hours searched for best moments, start again every month on the day you subscribed, on yearly plans too. Allowances you do not use do not carry over. For a question about a payment, write to [email protected].

Copyright complaints

If you believe content handled through ClipSprint infringes your copyright, follow the procedure described on the copyright page.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, ClipSprint is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using ClipSprint and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date at the top and tell account holders. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
